Creating a Voltage.cloud node
-----------------------------

`Voltage.cloud <https://voltage.cloud>`_ offers cheap, hosted and managed LND nodes, as well as free testnet LND nodes. Creating and connecting to a lightning testnet node can be done in under 5 minutes.

Create and verify a Voltage account, then:

- Click on 'Nodes'

- Click on 'Create Node'

- Click Standard Node
- Testnet
- Create

- Enter a name and password for your node
- Click 'Create'

Your node should be getting provisioned. This process only takes about a minute.
