Total Routing

The ``lightning > fowarding history > total routing`` dialog displays the total routing volume by the node.

Fees Earned
-----------

The ``lightning > forwarding history > fees earned`` dialog graphs the routing fees earned by the node, as well as the total fees accrued.

The green line is the weekly MA. The blue line is the monthly MA.
